Mini denture implants done in Mexico

| November 1, 2013 | 1 Comment

I Would like to know of anyone who had mini denture implants done in Mexico, and would they recommend it?
I am thinking of having this procedure done in April. As it is very expensive to have it done here in the states. I was wondering how the denture fit after the procedure? And if there were any problems after they returned home.

Should I take my dentures or have them made there?

Also how is the best way to pay, cash, visa, etc.?

How do you go about checking how reputable the clinic is?

Any imformation I can get would be greatly appreciated and a factor in my desicison to go to Mexico to have this done, as I am a little nervous.
Replays welcome

    Implants in Mexico NEW

You’re definitely not the first to ever ask me about dental care in Mexico. While I’ve not personally been to Mexico I will tell you that the dental community at large does recommend against practitioners that are along the borderline cities, as many people that are inadequately trained may be practicing just outside of the US in order to lure in prospective patients. There are overseas countries where some patients will travel to receive care that is reputable. I can tell you that unless I personally know someone who has gone to see the specific practitioner, or I know someone who works for them, I will not go to another country to receive work, especially if it is cheap.

When you have implants for your dentures, you will need to have a completely new set of dentures made. They will not work with your existing dentures.
